Régional Generations Center

The Centre Régional des Générations de Caraquet is a complex housing a 600 seat NHL size ice pad, community organizations with meeting rooms, and an outdoor center. This project was long overdue as the existing facilities, built in the mid-60s, were nearing the end of their useful life. It was decided to build the new facility at the present location of the existing outdoor center. The arena will include a walking track that will complement the activities of the outdoor center. The building is connected on the north side to the institutional core of the town, including schools, a library, and municipal buildings.
