Lisa Albert-Thériault is a civil engineer and Director of Operations as well as Director of the Building and Civil departments at CORBO. She brings more than 35 years of experience in engineering, primarily in the municipal, industrial, and building sectors, where she has distinguished herself as both a design engineer and a project and construction manager.

Her expertise spans the entire project life cycle, from design through construction, including cost estimating, schedule planning, stakeholder coordination, and construction management. She has led projects of varying scale, ranging from specialized mandates to complex, multi-million-dollar developments. As Director of Operations, Lisa plays a central role in CORBO’s internal management. She oversees technical teams, structures and optimizes operational processes, ensures the quality and consistency of professional practices, and supports the organization’s overall performance. Her rigorous and pragmatic approach directly contributes to the reliability of deliverables and to client satisfaction.
